Access Update – Lift Availability

We want to let you know that our lift is currently temperamental and may be operational on some days but not on others. We understand how frustrating and disappointing this can be, and we truly share those feelings. Accessibility is extremely important to us at The Beatles Story, and we want everyone to feel welcome and included.

Unfortunately, because our lift is exposed to the elements, it can be very sensitive to changes in weather. This means it is sometimes prone to faults after periods of poor weather, despite our best efforts to maintain it. We’ve been working closely with contractors and have also taken guidance from accessibility and heritage experts to ensure we are doing everything we can, in the right way.

If you would like more information or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to speak to a Duty Manager on site or contact our team directly at guestexperienceteam@beatlesstory.com.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
