- The Discovery Zone (open weekends and school holidays)
- Fab4 Cafes (Albert Dock and Pier Head)
- Fab4 Stores (Albert Dock and Pier Head)

To book and guarantee your timeslot, tickets can be pre-purchased online by selecting the date and time of your visit in advance. Ticket prices include a multimedia audio guide collected on arrival, available in 12 different languages.
The Beatles Story Museum Liverpool offers special ticket prices for groups (10 or more), concessions, students, families, carers, Tesco clubcard partners, NHS and Armed Forces staff and Blue Peter Badgeholders. LIFT UPDATE 17th APRIL
Unfortunately, our entrance lift is currently out of order which may affect any visitors requiring accessibility access. The main entrance to our exhibition is located at an underground level and access is via approximately 20 shallow steps.
Our Maintenance Team are working on getting this fixed as soon as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
